We set up and operate visa application centres to provide a variety of services that support the visa and passport application process.

This includes both back and front offices wherein multilingual staff greet applicants, collect and check their documentation for completeness and validity and collect the consular fees on behalf of the mission.

TT Services has also developed a strong expertise in online solutions which significantly facilitated the visa issuance process and contributed to reducing the amount of paper-based applications.

Range of services:

• Set up and transitions: our project teams are experienced in setting up accessible and safe environments to greet and assist applicants. Upon setting up and testing new centres, we can start providing services quickly.
• Proprietary software: the backbone of our operations is our visa application software which supports every step of the visa application process. Composed of various modules, it is entirely customized to fit the client's requirements.

At the centre, the following services are provided:

• Greeting and queue management: dedicated staff greets applicants upon arrival, making the initial steps of the process as effortless as possible. Our centres are optimized for efficient crowd and queue management.
• Collection of applications: we offer the applicant the possibility to send their application via email, online, in person at the main centre or at collection centres.
• Pre-scrutiny and dispatch: through comprehensive scrutiny of each application, our staff will ensure every visa application is complete, signed and contains all the supporting documentation as per the mission requirements, before being transferred to the mission for evaluation.
• Fee handling and accounting: we collect, account for and transfer the visa fee on behalf of our clients. We offer cash and electronic payment systems, applying the strictest security and compliance procedures.
• Value-added services: in consultation with our clients, we can offer applicants additional on-site services. Besides picture and photocopy services, SMS status updates, form filling, premium services or doorstep passport collection and return further enhance customer comfort.
